Tim reichardt

Tim Reichardt acts as lead trial counsel in representing governmental entities, health care providers, businesses, and individuals in various forms of personal injury, civil rights, and employment litigation.  He also advises construction industry clients concerning liability issues and represents businesses involved in both simple and complex commercial litigation. 

Tim was the President of the St. Louis County Bar Association in 2017.  Tim received the Missouri Bar Foundation’s prestigious David J. Dixon Appellate Advocacy Award in 2017, which, based on recommendations of a panel of Missouri Court of Appeals Judges, is awarded to three Missouri attorneys “whose tenacity, professionalism, and judicial skills epitomize outstanding appellate practice.”

Tim is an alumnus of St. Louis University High School (1998), the University of Missouri School of Business (B.S. in Business Administration – 2002), and the University of Missouri School of Law (J.D. – 2005). He is a member of the Missouri Bar and Illinois Bar.  In 2012, Tim was named one of Missouri’s Up & Coming Lawyers by Missouri Lawyers Weekly®.  In 2014, he received the St. Louis County Bar Association’s Roy F. Essen Outstanding Young Lawyer Award.  He has been recognized by Super Lawyers® as a “Rising Star” in civil litigation for the last few years. 

Tim has been actively involved in various bar and charitable organizations.  As part of his involvement with the St. Louis County Bar Association, he has organized and/or moderated numerous CLE programs on civil trial practice.  He has served a term as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Missouri Chapter of the March of Dimes. Tim was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Young Friends of St. Louis Children’s Hospital and the Development Board of Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.

Tim resides in St. Louis County with his wife and three daughters.
