Kyle Westbrook is an attorney with a broad range of litigation experience. He primarily focuses on defending businesses, insurers, and governmental entities in various matters in Missouri and Illinois, including claims for civil rights violations, employment discrimination, premises liability, vehicular accidents, and other claims for wrongful death and/or catastrophic injuries. Kyle’s experience also includes representing insurance, manufacturing, and transportation industry clients in various forms of litigation. He is involved in all phases of litigation and takes pride in setting and executing litigation strategy in defending his clients.
Kyle is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri and certain federal district courts. He graduated from University of Missouri with a Business/Finance bachelor’s degree in 2010 and received his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law in 2013. Since then, he has been recognized as a Rising Star in civil litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Kyle lives in Webster Groves with his wife and two young children.
