catherine robertson

Before entering private practice, Catherine M. Robertson (Kate) dedicated more than a decade of her legal career to public service, first as a prosecutor and later representing public entities in civil matters. Kate is an experienced trial attorney who is passionate about the law, her clients, and her cases. She strives to provide excellent representation and achieve superior results for her clients because she understands how the uncertainty of litigation can be stressful on both individuals and organizations.

Kate’s current practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and representing her clients in state and federal court. She represents clients in matters involving civil rights, wrongful death, and personal injury claims. In addition to first chair trial and arbitration experience, Kate also has appellate experience and has argued before both the Missouri Supreme Court and the Missouri Court of Appeals.

As a native St. Louisan, Kate is a graduate of Mary Institute and St. Louis County Day School. She earned her undergraduate degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana and is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law where she was the recipient of an Academic Excellence Award.

Kate resides in St. Louis County with her husband. When not in the Courtroom, she is an avid cook and enjoys trying new recipes to share with her family and friends.
